Killing Weeds

tips on mowing your Sir Walter lawn

Remove all debris (small gravel and stones are not a problem).  Spray the area with Glyphsate(Round-Up).  If predominately grass, allow a minimum of 10 days for the treatment to penetrate the roots.  If predominantly weeds, you need only wait 7 days after spraying.  Try to spray when the weeds are in reasonable condition, this means they will absorb the poison more efficiently.  If you have onion weed: you are probably stuck with it!  We can help with eradication but it is a long and expensive process.  Please talk to Charles.
